Rostisados Chile and Vegetable Roaster Plans is the result of our owners, Clay and Judy, having been green chile addicts for many years. Over the years they have attempted to purchase chile and vegetable roasters, with almost no luck. They finally resigned themselves to constructing their own, which worked well, but finally gave out after ten years. They then purchased a chile roaster which had come on the market in the last few years, but were not satisfied with the quality, considering the outlay of money. As a consulting engineer, Clay was not satisfied that the chile roaster they purchased was up to snuff operationally. The net result was that he set out to design a new chile and vegetable roaster to be marketed to discriminating green chile addicts. That is, those who prefer higher quality equipment that will not only do the job, but last longer than the competition, is designed more like a kitchen appliance, and is easier and more efficient to operate.
